| The 2,000 square
foot Skylight Gallery is Central Brooklyn's
premiere contemporary exhibition space,
exhibiting a wide range of self-taught,
emerging, mid-career and master artists from
throughout the African Diaspora.
Located on the 3rd Floor of Restoration
Plaza, Skylight Gallery also serves as a
unique gathering place and resource for
aspiring artists, artist organizations, and
other community groups.
In addition to its regular exhibit
schedule and receptions with the artists,
Skylight Gallery plays host to a number of
special cultural events monthly, including
book signings, artist talks, and poetry
readings.
Skylight Gallery is open to the public
Wednesday - Friday, 11AM - 6PM and Saturday
1PM to 6PM. Exhibits are
free of charge.
