Kira P. Watson, Esq.
Ms. Watson is a Compliance Director at J.P. Morgan Chase. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Watson was a partner in Bryan Cave LLP’s Securities Enforcement and Compliance and Commercial Litigation Client Service Groups. Her practice focused on a variety of matters including complex commercial litigations, criminal trials and internal investigations. Ms. Watson’s over 15 years of legal experience includes several high profile matters including being a member of the trial team that defended the former Tyco CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski. While at Bryan Cave, Ms. Watson was chair of the New York office Recruiting Committee and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Ms. Watson graduated from Bryn Mawr College and received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
