Marisha L. Clinton, CPA is a finance, accounting and business strategy Consultant and is a former Director of Equity Research of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc where she focused on the REITS and Real Estate sectors. Her background also includes over 10 years of additional equity and investment research experience where she served as a former Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.; and an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co., where she covered various Technology sectors and applied rigorous qualitative and quantitative valuation techniques. Her fundamental analysis proved valuable to clients who sought to make profitable equity investment buy and sell decisions. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Ms. Clinton began her Wall Street career in 2000 as a Summer Associate within Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Internet group within the Investment Research division, where companies of focus included Amazon.com, eBay, and Priceline.com. Ms. Clinton is also a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Suburban Hospital, Metropolitan Psychiatric Group, and Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc. (MAMSI) in the state of Maryland.

A native of Springfield, Massachusetts and a current Brooklyn resident, Ms. Clinton is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her BBA degree in Accounting and an MBA majoring in Finance and Strategic Management, respectively. Ms. Clinton is also an active Charter Member of Brooklyn’s East Kings County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; a Board Member and Secretary of the Bedford Stuyvesant Early Childhood Development Center, Inc.; and is a current Board Member and Audit Committee Member of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation.
