  The Partnership for a Healthier Brooklyn (The Partnership) at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation is funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH) grant. The Partnership coordinates a borough-wide community coalition and supports community-driven activities to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequities in Brooklyn.
