Restoraton has a long track record in housing having created more than 2000 units of housing including rental and home-ownership. Restoration's current housing agenda focuses on supporting the development of mixed income housing to create high opportunity communities. Over the past several years, we have advocated for the creation of such housing and partnered to create over 200 units of housing in transit-oriented, mixed-income, mixed-used developments. Over the last decade, Restoration's output has included; 16 units of new home-ownership containing 51 rental units and preservation of more than 800 units of low-income housing including 150 units dedicated to seniors.
Restoration is committed to creating home ownership opportunities affordable to a broad range of household incomes. Restoration is partnering on a number of exciting developments which will create affordable condominiums and commercial space throughout the community.

The Bradford: Restoration successfully partnered with BRP Development Corp. and Goldman Sachs on The Bradford, an innovative mixed use, mixed income development creating 9,500 square feet of commercial space and 105 residential units reserved for families making as low as 28% and as high as130% of AMI.
