Free Fitness Class

Every Monday & Wednesday

This class will improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your muscles and increase your flexibility through stretching, aerobic exercise and weight lifting. Instructor Nakisha Ross will also provide nutritional support to help participants make better eating choices.
