Whether you are currently employed and looking for wage gain, job ready and looking for work, or are in need of basic skills, Restoration’s RITE Center can help you find meaningful employment.  Visit the Center for one-on-one assistance with our job developer and career specialist as well as weekly workshops in job readiness, computer literacy, resume and cover letter writing, interview skills and job search techniques. 

Restoration provides a continuum of services designed to remove barriers to economic self sufficiency, build household incomes, foster education, and help individuals reach their full potential. Restoration recognizes that individual social and economic needs, skill sets, and personal goals vary and what works for one person might not work for another. Our holistic and tailored workforce and asset building approach is designed to target a variety of clients including under and unemployed individuals who are work ready, vulnerable populations such as ex-offenders and at-risk youth who have multiple barriers to employment, currently employed individuals looking for opportunities for career advancement, and small business owners and entrepreneurs looking to reach their full potential.
  • Employment Services: assessment and career counseling; job readiness training, job search assistance, resume and cover letter writing, interview training; and one-on-one assistance by our job developer who will help job ready individuals find employment. Referrals to advanced learning and vocational skills also available.
  • Social Supports: free benefits screening, financial and legal counseling, social service referrals
  • Youth Development: a platform of services for high school juniors and seniors and formerly incarcerated youth including individualized case management and counseling, job training and placement, career exposure, and leadership development
  • Education: weekly financial literacy workshops for individuals and small businesses. GED prep and ABE training available onsite through Literacy Partners
