Add a little exercise and a lot of fun to your day! Join Restoration and its community partners to take a spin around the neighborhood.

This class will improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your muscles and increase your flexibility through stretching, aerobic exercise and weight lifting. Instructor Nakisha Ross will also provide nutritional support to help participants make better eating choices.
