Join Restoration for a holistic health day! Free helmets, bike safety classes, financial counseling sessions, yoga and more! 

Every Monday & Wednesday

This class will improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your muscles and increase your flexibility through stretching, aerobic exercise and weight lifting. Instructor Nakisha Ross will also provide nutritional support to help participants make better eating choices. 

Weekly on Wednesdays from 10 am to 1 pm

Orientation introduces working-age NYCHA residents of Marcy, Lafayette Gardens and Armstrong Houses interested in the Jobs-Plus program to the range of services to advance their financial situation.

Wednesday and Saturday starting February 22nd!
